20 Nov 16 lbs In 16 Weeks
I’m down 16 lbs since I started the 5:2 Fast eating style! Holy shizzz I am so stoked! It REALLY does work, people!
AND I’m still an equal-opportunity eater! There are NO restrictions on this eating style (unlike Paleo, Keto, Vegan, etc) – not even big bad alcohol is off limits (Praise the LORD)!
I’m seriously becoming like an evangelist for this. Maybe now I can see why some vegans are so hard-core… but this is such a balanced way to live. My entire life is better. I’ll write more about it soon but just wanted to share this win!!
